| One of the most frequent
questions we are asked is how we came to name the company "Night Shadow."
When we started the this company in 1994, those of us who do our control
programming and research do it after normal business hours. We worked so late
in the night (and got home so late) that one of our wives made the
comment that her husband seemed to be just a "shadow in the
night".
